Roles and Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills & Team Handling Experience More than 40+ Strength.
• Stable Profile & Core in BPO Culture --B2C /Inside sales / Tele sales /Outbound Sales
• Regional Language is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Advance Excel and track data on daily basis .
• Knowledge About Attrition & Shrinkage --Team handling Internal Metrics + Formulas .
• Presentable and expert in handling team and target strategies to achieve Goals .
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
• Develop and execute strategies for upselling/cross-selling travel packages to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for outbound sales initiatives.
• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries related to flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel services.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Role & responsibilities
• Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment.
• Good selling and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in working in the areas of banking products.
