Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Manager to lead our residential and commercial real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer engagement to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approach
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and campaign execution
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale engagement

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus
• Well-groomed, confident, and client-facing personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
