- Making Purchase Order
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and project status in software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards.
- Making GRN
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing HVAC sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, service) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Train and support junior sales team members
- Sales & Business Development
- Prepare Invoicing, Sales Order
- Deal With Vendor & Customers Also
