Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new customers for

  unsecured business loans

  through field sales and partner channels.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right loan solutions.
  
• Handle loan documentation, KYC verification, and ensure smooth disbursement.
  
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  
• Stay updated on competitor products and market trends in Yavatmal.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory norms.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience

  in sales of unsecured loan products (personal loans, business loans, unsecured credit).
• Strong understanding of loan products and customer handling.
  
• Proven ability to work in

  field sales

  and achieve targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and build a customer base.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
