Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and local networking.
• Explain KOADAI’s digital services (websites, branding, marketing) to prospective clients.
• Handle client inquiries and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or consultations with potential customers.
• Maintain records of client interactions and updates in the lead management system.
• Achieve monthly lead and sales targets with guidance from the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into paying customers.
• Provide feedback on client responses and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and good command of Hindi and (Bengali & Nepali bonus point).
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn sales strategies.
• Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, or branding is a plus (training will be provided).

Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (depending on interview performance)
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for every deal closed.
• Growth: Opportunity to become a Senior Sales Executive within 6–12 months based on performance.

Work Schedule

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: On-site (KOADAI Office, Siliguri Champasari)
