Role Overview:

We’re looking for a confident and well-presented Assistant Sales Executive to join our Bangalore showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, an eye for detail, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting jewellery pieces suited to their personal style and occasion.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across gold, diamond, and polki collections.
• Support senior sales staff during client appointments and store events.
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and inventory is well-maintained.
• Manage billing, packaging, and coordinate after-sales service.
• Record daily sales activity and customer feedback.
• Participate in exhibitions and special brand events.
• Uphold the brand’s legacy of trust and ensure a refined customer experience.

Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada. Tamil is a plus.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and client-focused.
• Comfortable using POS/billing software and basic Excel/WhatsApp Business tools.
