Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager in Rural Banking at IDFC FIRST Bank, located in Surat. The Assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, providing banking solutions tailored to customer needs, and supporting rural banking operations. Key tasks include customer acquisition, handling customer inquiries, processing loan applications, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. The role requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the rural banking segment.
