Job Overview: The Assistant Quality Controller will ensure product quality by inspecting materials, monitoring processes, and maintaining records. Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of QC tools are preferred.
Educational Qualification
Job Responsibilities
· Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
· Use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges) for quality checks.
· Record inspection results and prepare reports.
· Support in audits and compliance activities.
Skills Required
· Knowledge of mechanical drawings and measurements.
· Basic understanding of quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.).
· Good observation and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office for reporting.
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
