You will be working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Billing in a full-time office role at Virtute Construction, located in Bengaluru. Your responsibilities will include managing the billing process, preparing invoices, handling Tender work, Project Planning tasks, and assisting in accounting and finance activities. Effective communication with various stakeholders and maintaining accurate financial records will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Contractor & Client Billing, estimates, and budgets. - Monitor project progress and create schedules. - Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Prepare the Project Progress report and expenses tracker. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - 1-4 years of experience in QS and project planning roles. - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Experience in the Billing Process and Invoicing. - Basic Knowledge of Accounting and Finance. - Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using billing software and accounting tools.
