Job Description

To support client and commission manager to lead the project for delivery and hand over

Key responsibilities:

Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
Report into PMO and manager in project progress at a
Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
Managing the change control process
Monitoring and advising upon project finances
Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
Preparing formal project progress and other reports
Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client, consultants and vendors, at all project stagesQualifications

Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering is acceptable with 3-7 years of work experience
Needs to be aware of all MEP works including, HVAC, Electrical, firefighting, FAPA, LV packages, testing and commissioning
To be able to understand drawings for construction and able to track project.
