As an Assistant Project Manager-MEP at JLL, you will play a crucial role in driving project success by working closely with the project manager or senior project manager. Your responsibilities include taking ownership of small projects, contributing to major ones, and ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in forecasting project expenditure, managing project budgets effectively, and maintaining streamlined reporting and communication procedures. Building strong client relationships is a key aspect of this role. You will identify and address client needs, requirements, and constraints to uphold excellent project delivery. Additionally, you will manage professional consultants for project design, administer vendor contracts in compliance with legal standards, identify and mitigate project risks, and prioritize health & safety and sustainability practices throughout the project lifecycle. Successful Project Managers at JLL engage confidently with stakeholders, thrive under pressure, bring a structured approach to their work, and communicate effectively to achieve success. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in a property-related discipline and a minimum of three years of experience in design, construction, or project management. Proficiency in leveraging technology platforms for project management is also crucial. In this position, you will collaborate with individuals of varying roles and responsibilities.
