Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Must have the capacity to manage a team of more than 15 employee.
Additionally, this role requires a thorough understanding of all safety and environmental
Communicates effectively with superiors, stakeholders, and subordinates.
Candidate must have knowledge in various kinds of project execution including civil, MEP, interior, fit outs etc.
Sharing project updates to customer and with internal team.
Must be having knowledge in vendor onboarding, BOQ preparation, remote monitoring, client coordination.
Timely Execution and delivery of projects. Coordination with vendor and client spoc.
Project Progress Report, Daily Report, PBR
Project Management, Auto CAD.
EHS Aspects related Project Activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification & Experience: Diploma / BE in Engineering + Advanced diploma in industrial Safety & preferable in Environment.
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in industrial field & projects(FMS & Construction background will be preferrable).
Should have strong computer skills(MS Word / Excel /Power Point etc.).
Should have excellent communication skill with good presentation skills.
