Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to support project execution and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and coordinate effectively with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and monitoring projects.
Maintain MIS reports and project dashboards.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
Coordinate with teams and stakeholders for smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Experience in MIS activities and project coordination.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand project workflows and meet deadlines.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
