Maintaining a seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day. In this role, you ll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems in coordination with design consultants, managing construction of MEPF works and related records for reporting purposes.

Aside from these, you ll also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice. Likewise, you ll prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management, Project Safety and Quality Plan.

You ll constantly coordinate with key stakeholders and manage subcontractors and suppliers. You ll carry out negotiations with contractors and suppliers as well.

Proven expertise in site management

An ideal candidate is a certified professional in a building-related discipline, with significant experience in site supervision. A solid background in industrial, Life science/Pharma/Clean rooms/Data Centre/Semiconductor and other relevant project is prerequisite.

B. E /B.Tech electronics and electrical Engineer with minimum six years experience /Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical with minimum 10 years experience industrial Utility ,Process piping and structural fabrication works
