Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Enabler to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in project controls, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Understand project commercials and cost management, including budget preparation and resource profiling.
Monitor actual costs/hours against budget and perform earned value analysis.
Prepare agreements, change control notes, and invoices, and follow up with internal clients on approvals.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and support the Project Manager with Business Management System activities.
Develop new dashboards using Power BI with the digital team and assist the Project Manager in daily tasks as needed.
Properly store project data as directed by the Project Manager and ensure use of standard templates and information across all similar projects.

Job Requirements

BE/BTech or B.Com / M.Com Degree in Accounting/Finance; additional degrees in Finance are advantageous.
2-4 years of working experience in design consultancy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work proactively in improving processes through automation and digital delivery practices.
Experience in preparing budgets, resource profiling, and monitoring actual costs/hours against budget.
Familiarity with Business Management Systems and digital tools like Power BI.
