Assistant Professor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and industry-relevant

  lectures and practical sessions

  in Housekeeping and Front Office Management.
• Develop curriculum plans, lesson materials, and lab schedules in alignment with academic standards.
• Guide and mentor students on industry trends, professional development, and soft skills.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and maintain academic records.
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars, and academic events.
• Contribute to curriculum development and innovation based on current industry practices.
• Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment encouraging student participation.
• Maintain professional relationships with the hospitality industry for training, internships, and placements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience

  in an academic institution.
• Strong

  theoretical and practical knowledge

  of both

  Housekeeping and Front Office Operations

  .
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Proficiency in classroom management and hospitality teaching methodologies.

• Hospitality industry experience

  in either or both departments is a

  plus point

  .
