About the Role:

🔑 Role Highlights:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions in core Optometry subjects.
• Train students on clinical skills including refraction, contact lens fitting, low vision rehabilitation, binocular vision, and ocular pathology.
• Develop lesson plans, assessment tools, and case studies to enhance experiential learning.
• Supervise clinical postings and ensure proper exposure in affiliated clinics/hospitals.
• Contribute to curriculum development, research, and academic planning of the department.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Optometry (B.Optom) with Master’s degree (M.Optom) from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of teaching/clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
• Excellent clinical knowledge, patient-handling, and practical demonstration skills.
• Good communication and mentoring abilities to engage and inspire students.
• Commitment to quality education and research.
