Assistant Professor - Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology

We have an urgent opening for an Assistant Professor specializing in Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology at our Indore location. The ideal candidate should possess an MSc in OT/AT. Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging educational sessions for students enrolled in the Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology programs. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary improvements. - Conduct teaching and assessment activities, including tests and examinations, for students in these programs. - Prepare and manage classrooms and skill labs to facilitate practical training sessions. - Maintain discipline among students in accordance with institutional guidelines. - Provide timely reports as requested by the institution. - Stay updated with changes in the curriculum structure and industry developments. - Demonstrate sound technical knowledge in the core subjects and proficiently impart practical skills related to these disciplines. Skills and Experience: - Exceptional presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Experience in assessing the effectiveness of training programs. - Prior teaching experience in Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology programs is advantageous. - Ability to effectively manage classroom environments and skill labs. - Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach. - Technical knowledge of the core subjects and proficiency in practical skills related to the programs.
