Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Assistant Professor of Management. The individual will be responsible for teaching courses in Management, including Organizational Behavior and related disciplines. Responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting research in their area of expertise, mentoring students, contributing to university initiatives, and participating in academic activities. Collaboration with colleagues for continuous improvement and development of programs is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and teaching experience in subjects such as Organizational Behavior and related Management disciplines.
• Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging and market-relevant courses.
• Proven ability to pursue Research initiatives and contribute to the academic field of Management.
• Competence in University Teaching with a student-centric approach to learning.
• Understanding of Marketing concepts applicable to business strategy and education management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and peers effectively.
• A PhD or advanced degree in Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with significant teaching or industry experience.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
