Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at the CT Group of Institutions, located in Jalandhar. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, addressing inquiries, and providing information about the institution's academic programs. The role includes conducting meetings, attending educational events, building relationships with students and parents, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting enrollment targets while maintaining a student-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proficient Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and resolve queries effectively
• Experience in Sales or promoting educational programs is desirable
• Knowledge or experience in the Education sector is an advantage
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with preference for education, management, or related fields
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
