Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor in Medical-Surgical Nursing. The selected candidate will be responsible for classroom teaching, clinical supervision, student mentoring, and research guidance in the field of Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Key Responsibilities
· Teach theory and practical classes in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
· Supervise and mentor B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing students in academic and clinical settings.
· Guide students in clinical practice, research projects, and dissertations.
· Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessment tools.
· Contribute to curriculum design and academic planning.
· Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.
· Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in nursing education.
Qualification & Requirements
· Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing (Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing).
· Experience: 1–4 years of teaching/clinical/academic experience (outstanding freshers may also be considered).
· Registration: Valid HNRC (Haryana Nurses Registration Council) registration is mandatory.
· Strong communication, clinical training, and mentoring skills.
· Commitment to academic excellence, research, and student development.
