Malla Reddy Engineering College & Management Sciences (MREC & MS), established in 2008, is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. Operated by the Vemula Raghava Reddy Lakshmamma Educational Society, the college is located on the Hyderabad-Nagpur National Highway (Medchal Road), Telangana. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor, located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research and analysis in their respective discipline, mentoring students, evaluating performance, and implementing innovative teaching methodologies. Administrative tasks such as developing course materials and contributing to departmental activities and academic programs will also be part of this role.

Qualifications

Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant field of engineering or management.
Proficiency in preparing, delivering, and assessing academic content, including developing course curriculum and lesson plans.
Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to publish in reputed journals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and mentor students.
Strong teaching and classroom management skills to foster an interactive and productive learning environment.
A minimum of a Master's degree in the relevant field; a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in academic research, publications, and participation in conferences is a plus.
