Role Description

The Assistant Professor for the Human Resource program will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting research in HR-related fields, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. The role includes preparing course materials, evaluating student performance, and participating in academic committees. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will engage in industry collaboration, organize workshops, and attend academic events to further the institution's mission. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Human Resource Management, organizational behavior, and labor relations.
• Proficiency in conducting academic research, preparing course curricula, and developing lesson plans.
• Exemplary teaching, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide students while fostering a collaborative academic environment.
• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in higher education is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A track record of published research or contributions to academic conferences is beneficial.
