Assistant Professor - HR Management

Role Overview As an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM) at The Business School, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in HRM and related areas, engaging in curriculum design and research activities, supervising student projects and dissertations, and contributing to departmental and school-level academic initiatives. You will also be expected to foster collaborations with industry partners for guest lectures and placements, as well as participate in accreditation and quality assurance processes.
