Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at GGI in Punjab, India. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, recipe development, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards are met. Collaborating with the kitchen staff and management to deliver exceptional dining experiences will be a key part of the role.

• Food Preparation techniques and Presentation skills
• Leadership abilities and Team management
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role or culinary education
• Certifications in Food Handling and Sanitation
