Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Udupi for an Assistant Professor – Healthcare and Hospital Management. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, developing curriculum, mentoring students, conducting research, and publishing findings in academic journals. The role also includes collaborating with other faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and participating in departmental meetings and committees.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching skills and experience in curriculum development
• Proficiency in conducting and publishing research in relevant fields
• Leadership and mentoring abilities for guiding students and junior faculty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset for working with faculty members and participating in committees
• Ph.D. in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry or academic settings is a plus
