Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at DPGITM located in Gurugram. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing course materials, guiding student projects, and evaluating performance. The role includes conducting research, publishing papers, participating in departmental meetings, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in Civil Engineering and related areas
• Experience in teaching and guiding students in an academic environment
• Research capabilities and experience in publishing scholarly papers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the departmental mission
• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred; a Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required
• Experience with modern teaching tools and technologies is an added advantage
