Conduct and publish scholarly research in respected finance journals. Mentor and advise students on academic and career development. Develop course materials that incorporate current financial trends, investment strategies, and corporate finance principles . Collaborate with faculty and participate in curriculum development. Engage in department activities, academic committees, and industry partnerships. Stay updated with advancements in finance theory, practice, and regulations. Requirements: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Finance or a related field from an accredited institution. Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research. Strong record of academic publications and professional achievements. Ability to integrate real-world financial applications into course content. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
