Collaborate in designing curriculum aligned with current industry practices. Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, seminars, and workshops. Engage in academic administration and contribute to overall student experience and success. Qualifications: Postgraduate Degree in M.Com / CMA / CA / MBA (Finance) Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Academics or Finance Industry Required Skills: Expertise in Capital Market Operations, Insurance, and Mutual Funds Strong working knowledge of Financial Accounting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and student engagement Ability to adapt to dynamic academic environments.
