As an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship at our School of Business/Entrepreneurship, your role will involve inspiring, mentoring, and leading students in their entrepreneurial journey. You should possess a strong academic background, practical industry experience, and a deep understanding of innovation, start-ups, and business model development. Key Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Entrepreneurship, Start-up Management, Innovation, and related subjects. - Design and deliver curriculum that blends academic theory with real-world practice. - Mentor and guide students in developing business plans, incubation ideas, and entrepreneurial ventures. - Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals. - Collaborate with entrepreneurship cells, incubation centers, and external startup ecosystems. - Organize guest lectures, seminars, and workshops with industry leaders and entrepreneurs. - Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning. - Participate in departmental activities and university-wide initiatives. Required Qualifications: - MBA / Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship / Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline from a recognized university. (NET/SET preferred) - Minimum 25 years of teaching/research/industry experience. - Strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals. Preferred Experience and Skills: - Experience working with startups, incubators, or innovation hubs. - Proven record of student mentoring and startup project guidance. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to integrate technology and modern pedagogy in teaching.
