Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Teach and mentor management students in the following areas:

Advanced Excel
MS Office
Data Analytics
Database Management Systems (DBMS)
R Programming
Python Programming

Develop and deliver engaging course content aligned with academic curriculum and industry standards.
Guide students on projects, assignments, and practical applications of technology in business and management.
Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with current trends, tools, and methodologies in Data Analytics, Programming, and Business Applications.
Participate in departmental activities, research, curriculum development, and academic events.
Contribute to the universitys knowledge-sharing and research initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / relevant discipline.
Mandatory Requirement:
NET/SET qualified (as per UGC guidelines).
Candidates with a strong academic record, research publications, or industry experience in Data Analytics / Business Applications will be preferred.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, MS Office, and analytical tools.
Proficiency in R and Python programming.
Sound understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
Ability to integrate technical knowledge with management applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
