Position: Assistant Professor - Department of Education Job Description : We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Assistant Professor for 4Year Integrated B.A.B.Ed. (Secondary) to join our Department of Education. The ideal candidate will bring strong subject expertise, innovative teaching practices, and a dedication to mentoring future educators Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures in both content areas and pedagogy, following the integrated NEP2020 ITEP curriculum. Supervise practicum sessions and mentor student-teachers during school internships. Design assessments, grade assignments, and provide timely feedback on academic performance. Guide and counsel students on academic progress, pedagogy development, and career planning. Participate in departmental committees and contribute to resource development (labs, teaching aids). Organize and support community outreach and inclusion-driven extension activities. Skills and Qualifications PG+ NET /SET/SLET Strong knowledge of the subject matter and current trends in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with students and faculty.
