Position Summary

Assistant Professor of Architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, design studios, and tutorials in Architecture and related subjects.
• Guide students in architectural design, working drawings, and research-based projects.
• Mentor students in internships, dissertations, and professional practice.
• Develop innovative teaching methods and contribute to curriculum development as per COA guidelines.
• Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to the advancement of architectural knowledge.
• Participate in academic and administrative responsibilities of the department.
• Organize workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and industry interactions to enhance student learning.
• Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to promote interdisciplinary learning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch.) with

  First Class

  and Master’s degree in Architecture or allied specialization from a recognized university (as per COA norms).
• Registration with the

  Council of Architecture (COA), India

  is mandatory.
• Ph.D. in Architecture (desirable but not mandatory for Assistant Professor).
• Strong academic background with a passion for teaching and research.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
