Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab is the first university of its kind in India, incubated by IBM, Tata Technologies & ANSYS as industry Partners with RERT as an Academic Partner. Established by the Punjab State Act No. 22 of 2021, the university is recognized by the UGC and aims to deliver industry-oriented education and training in technology and skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor and Trainers in CSE/IT, located in Rupnagar. The individual in this role will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and collaborating with industry partners. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, evaluating student performance, and contributing to the academic and professional growth of the department.

Qualifications

Expertise in CSE/IT subjects including teaching and mentoring experience
Curriculum development and research skills
Experience with industry collaboration and partnerships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
PhD/ MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Industry experience in technology and skills development is a plus
Specialisation in any AI ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Full Stack etc.

Immediate joiningSalary as per UGC norms, candidates with industry experience will be preferred.
