Salt Studio is looking for an experienced Garment Production Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Plan and schedule production every month

Track and maintain accurate records of worker hours & productivity and also a workers leave plan chart

Manage and oversee production timelines to ensure on-time garment delivery.

Address and resolve production issues promptly, including defects, delays, or resource shortages.

Inspect and approve all incoming fabrics and materials to ensure they meet quality standards before production begins.

Maintain records of fabric swatches, embroidery samples, and dyeing tests for reference.

Oversee final quality checks on finished garments before packing.

Ensure timely purchase of fabrics, trims, stitching materials, and accessories needed for production.

Identify and build strong relationships with fabric suppliers, accessory vendors, and other resource partners.

Maintain up-to-date records of Fabric stock and dyeing batches, accessories and trims inventory & finished garments (including barcoding, tagging, and product photos)

Manage and coordinate the production team, including pattern makers, tailors, embroiderers, and other personnel.

Ensure finished garments are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment or retail display.

Qualification :

Diploma / degree in apparel manufacturing or fashion management

2-3 years of experience preferably in Garments production with a design house 

Experience in managing pattern making, embroidery work & stitching 

Should be able to converse in Hindi

Knowledge of excel is mandatory

Office Timing: 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
