Assistant Production Manager/ Production Supervisor

Our mission is to create high-quality, eco-conscious incense that blends traditional fragrance craftsmanship with modern branding and scalable operations, serving strong domestic demand with export potential.

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Manufacturing & Distribution;

(First preference: Agarbatti/Incense industry experience across manufacturing, sourcing, fragrance, packaging, and distribution. Strong FMCG leaders from adjacent categories may be considered.)

- Monitor production to resolve issues

- Allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly

-Supervise & evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

• Understands schedules, products, materials, product quality requirements, to manage lines performance and KPIs within labor and operating expenses budget.
• Maintains and updates processes documentation through the company systems.
• Responsible for Safety Incident documentation and investigation and accountable for reducing safety risks in area through proactively identifying risks (behavior and facility issues) and ensuring quick resolution.
• Responsible for following safety/regulatory policies and procedures, executing responsibilities as identified in standard operating procedures, and reporting food safety/regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
