Assistant Production Manager

Role & responsibilities '- Oversee furnace operations and ensure continuous monitoring of the raw material feeding system - Monitor all associated equipment and machinery; - Report and coordinate breakdown maintenance with electrical and mechanical teams - Supervise the crane bay area, ensuring proper housekeeping and safety standards - Monitor the handling of metal and slag ladles and ensure smooth tapping arrangements - Oversee operations related to Grab Crane, slag granulation, jigging process, and slag crushing units - Ensure safe and efficient operation of EOT cranes Preferred candidate profile '- Hands-on experience in furnace operation and raw material feeding systems - Ability to detect equipment issues and effectively coordinate with maintenance teams - Working knowledge of crane bay operations, metal and slag ladle handling, and tapping procedures - Familiarity with slag granulation, jigging systems, and slag crusher equipment - Proficient in EOT crane monitoring and safety practices - Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills - Awareness of industrial safety standards and housekeeping protocols A Degree or Diploma in Metallurgical or Mechanical or Production Engineering from a reputed institute Joining Timeline : Before 15 September 2025
