Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Job Description : '- Responsible for electrical shift maintenance, including attending breakdowns and executing preventive maintenance activities - Coordinate closely with all departments and follow up with electricians for timely issue resolution - Conduct routine inspection and observation of all electrical equipment during the shift - Maintain and troubleshoot systems such as the Raw Material Handling System, furnace auxiliaries, EOT cranes, slag granulation systems, and crushers - Operate and maintain air pollution control systems, air compressors, PLC-based instruments, and control equipment- Handle Pump House, Cooling Tower, and VFDs - Supervise and support maintenance of HT & LT systems, including transformers, motors, switchgears, and panels - Perform data logging of power systems and ensure safe and efficient operation of DG sets Preferred candidate profile : Key Skills Required : '- Strong experience in electrical maintenance in a heavy industrial or plant environment - Sound knowledge of breakdown handling, preventive maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting - Familiarity with HT & LT systems, transformers, motors, VFD drives, and DG sets - Working knowledge of EOT cranes, furnace support systems, slag granulation units, and crushers - Understanding of PLC systems, instrumentation, and control panels - Skilled in managing utility equipment like air compressors, cooling towers, and pump houses - Capable of maintaining data logs for power systems and energy usage - Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments - Strong focus on safety protocols, system reliability, and preventive planning Joining Timeline: Before 15 September 2025
