Assistant Production Manager (For Safety Shoe )

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Assistant Production Manager for our Safety Shoes division. This on-site role, based in Unnao, involves overseeing production processes to ensure high-quality outputs. Daily tasks include coordinating with production teams, monitoring workflow, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to meeting production targets. The role also requires compliance with workplace safety regulations, timely reporting, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.QualificationsKnowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, particularly Safety Shoes production.Experience in production planning, process improvement, and workflow management.Strong understanding of quality control and assurance procedures.Proficiency in team collaboration, communication, and leadership.Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of workplace safety standards and adherence to compliance requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Manufacturing, Footwear Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in Safety Shoe production management, particularly in the Safety footwear or leather industry, is a plus.Salary is negotiable.
