Assistant Outlet Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Nik Baker's Outlets in Chandigarh, Punjab, Delhi, Jammu, and Dehradun locations, you will be responsible for: - Managing day-to-day operations at the outlet - Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly - Supervising and training staff members - Maintaining inventory levels and placing orders as needed - Implementing company policies and procedures effectively To qualify for this position, you need to have: - Graduation/Post graduation in any stream or Hotel Management - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food Industry (Hotels/Cafes/Restaurants, etc.) - Comfortable working in rotational shifts - Age between 18 to 35 years - Willingness for a transferrable job In addition to the above, Nik Baker's also offers benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
