Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare Daily Cash Flow
Track & maintain up-to-date Treasury MIS for FD, short term & long term loans, Bill discounting/ Factoring and ensure timely debt repayments
End to end Co-ordination with bankers for forex, Swap, Forward contracts, trade operations and maintain MIS on real time basis.
Processing of LC & BG - prompt query resolution & co-ordination with internal & external stake holder
Processing A1 & A2 outward remittances and knowledge of related FEMA compliances and also ensure timely payment
Closure of IDPMS related pendencys
Reconciliation of bank borrowings with books
Provide Disposal of export inward to banks and ensure timely receipt of funds
Submission of renewal related information to banks
Prepare Stock statement and Timely submission
Prepare Unhedged Foreign currency Exposure
Prima facie review of sanction letter of banks and well aware of banking products
Keep close watch on bank charges and interest charged by banks and calculate
Act as Supporting function and co-ordinate with internal & external stake holder
SAP ERP knowledge is must
