Job Title: Trainee / Jr. Officer Department: Costing Location: Pune Reporting to: Manager Job Purpose: To be responsible for thoroughly evaluating company's financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance financial performance, and drive strategic decision-making. This role involves analysing expenses, preparing detailed cost reports, and collaborating with various departments to develop and implement cost-effective solutions that optimize operations and improve overall efficiency. By identifying trends, addressing inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights, a cost analyst plays a pivotal role in improving profitability, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, and contributing to the long-term financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Releasing Budget relating to Day to Day activity for all plant. Physical taking of Inventory Store, WIP & Vendor stock. Material Reconciliation (WIP, Key stores & Vendor items etc.) and its variance analysis. Handing day to day costing and Cost analyzing issues on Plant Level. Generation of various reports for e.g. Production Report; Consumables consumption Report; Sales Report; Rejection Report etc. Preparing, Analyzing Manufacturing Expenses Statement for all Plants on daily Basis Monitoring Budget Vs Actual on monthly basis. Key Requirements: Education: B.COM / M.COM Experience: 0 to 1 year CTC: 3 to 5 LPA

Responsibilities: 1. Front-end Development: • Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create user-friendly online interfaces • Use responsive designs to provide a consistent user experience across a range of devices • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into functional web pages 2. Back-end Development: • Using the relevant technologies, design and create server-side logic (Python) • Create and manage databases with focus on data integrity and performance • Use RESTful APIs to enable smooth interaction between front-end and back-end systems 3. Full Stack Development: • Integrate front-end and back-end parts of web apps for a seamless and effective user experience • Troubleshoot and debug problems throughout the entire application stack • Optimize programs for optimal performance and scalability 4. Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations Technology Team, Plant Teams, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions • Take part in code reviews to preserve the quality of the code and guarantee that best practices are followed 5. Continuous Learning: • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new technologies and methodologies • Continuously enhance personal and team development through knowledge sharing and training sessions Unlock The Possibilities Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role 3.
