About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day operations for the College Excellence Program. The person will ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, support audits, and enable smooth program delivery across partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, schedules, and resource coordination across assigned colleges.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and validate beneficiary data, records, and MIS reports with 100% accuracy.
• Prepare reports and audit documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, Trainers, MIS team, and partner institutions to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor program progress, identify operational issues, and support timely resolution.
• Track program quality indicators and recommend process improvements where required.
  

Required Skills

• Strong operational coordination and execution capability.
• Excellent documentation and data management skills.
• Proficiency in MIS Reporting, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of compliance standards and audit documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues with a problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Post-Graduation preferred).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in training operations, education operations, skill development, or program coordination.
