Assistant - Operations

Role Overview: As an Assistant - Operations at Halol, you will be responsible for organizing the warehouse areas, maximizing space usage, and managing day-to-day activities of warehouse staff and drivers under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager. Your primary focus will be on efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods from the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee warehouse inventory, operations, and staff, ensuring smooth functioning of warehouse activities. - Assist Warehouse Manager in hiring and training new employees, scheduling shifts, and tracking attendance for efficiency. - Manage receipt of Raw Material, Packing Material, and other items, conducting physical inventory audits, and maintaining sufficient stock levels. - Ensure correct storage of all stock within the warehouse, plan daily activities to meet targets, and dispatch finished goods in a timely manner. - Coordinate transfer of inventory between departments, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance warehouse efficiency, and monitor expenditures. - Enforce safety policies, resolve equipment issues, maintain cleanliness in warehouse and surrounding areas, and prepare for customer/regulatory audits. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations. - Minimum Bachelor's Degree. - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and SAP. - Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, communication, and writing skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.,
