Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Nursing Superintendent, located in Asansol. The Assistant Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and implementing nursing policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, monitoring patient satisfaction, and conducting regular staff training and evaluations.

Qualifications

• 12 years of Experience in OT & OT Administration
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in quality patient care and nursing operations
• Knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Effective communication and coordination skills with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in staff training, evaluation, and development
• Understanding of patient satisfaction metrics and improvement techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
