Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant, located in Ballabgarh. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the company. This includes handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing files, and assisting with other office duties as required. The Assistant will also help coordinate and organize meetings, and support various departments with their needs. Qualifications Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
