Assistant Marketing Manager

· The primary responsibility is to increase the student enrollment numbers which includes setting annual enrollment targets and developing strategies to meet or exceed these targets in liaison with the concerned authorities.

· Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the Institution's goals and objectives. This should encompass both online and offline marketing efforts.

· Enhance the institution's brand image and visibility in the education sector.

· Stay updated on market trends, competition, and student preferences. Conduct regular market research and identify opportunities and threats.

· Oversee the institution’s online presence, including the website, social media profiles and online advertising campaigns. Ensure effective use of SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media marketing to reach potential students.

· Develop and curate high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.

· Implement lead generation strategies to capture potential student enquiries like events, webinars etc.

· Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses and track the performance of marketing initiatives.

· Work closely with other departments within the institution, such as admissions, academic departments, and administration to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts.

· Stay innovative and explore new marketing channels and technologies that can give the institution a competitive edge.

· Foster positive relationships with current students, alumni and parents to enhance loyalty and advocacy.

· Plan and execute events like open houses, webinars, and workshops to attract prospective students and engage with the community.
