The position involves executing the HR Plans of the Organization and supporting the HR life cycle process for the location. Responsibilities include managing Performance & Annual Merit Cycle, Health and Wellness initiatives, Hiring resources, Employee Engagement events, Onboarding, etc. This is an individual contributor role that requires working closely with HR teams across locations to plan and execute initiatives. Collaboration with business stakeholders to identify needs and plan initiatives is essential. The role demands independent thinking and expertise in aspects of HR such as Talent management, Internships, Engagement & Branding, etc. Desired additional skills include Planning & Program Management, Excellent Communication skills, Relationship management, and networking.
