As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive in the Holidays function, your role involves planning holidays for affluent Individuals (High Net Worth Individuals) by recommending travel options and creating itineraries tailored to their needs and preferences. You will be part of a dynamic team that values Creativity, Curiosity, Customer Focus, and Continuous Improvement, aiming to provide innovative and scalable solutions in luxury travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on suitable travel options based on their needs, wants, and capabilities - Conduct research on destinations, travel prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews - Understand client specifications and suggest appropriate travel destinations and itineraries - Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat transactions - Provide travelers with relevant information and travel/holiday materials - Schedule calls with customers to share details of their travel plans Qualifications & Experience: - Graduation with a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in business-facing roles in a similar profile Key Success Factors for the Role: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Deep understanding of destinations - Strong connections with Tourism Boards to gain insights into destinations and build knowledge - Proficiency in sales skills and understanding of the Luxury Travel segment - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Good Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) skills,
