Description
You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining quality management system documents, such as SOPs, work instructions, and Device History Records (DHR). You will also manage document control procedures, including creating, revising, and distributing technical and project-related documents. Organizing and maintaining records, such as audit reports, customer feedback, and manufacturing records like Material Traceability Reports (MTRs), will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will provide documentation support during internal and external audits and assist in training colleagues on proper documentation procedures. Your role will involve monitoring and managing day-to-day activities on the production floor to ensure a continuous workflow. You will oversee production activities to ensure adherence to work orders, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on the shop floor to ensure products meet specifications will be essential. You will also monitor the maintenance and calibration of production equipment and implement best practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing principles. Analyzing production data, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, and coordinating with production, logistics, and other departments to resolve issues and optimize processes are critical aspects of the role. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in document control and shop floor management. - Strong understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
